All bids must be submitted with a valid credit card number unless you are known to us. You may submit your credit card number & expiration date in two different emails for secuity or call us with your number on the phonee. Your credit card will not be charged unless your bid is the winning bid for any item on this form. Submitting this email with valid credit card information acknowledges your acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed in the catalog and on this web site. This is a legal contract for us to execute your bids in good faith by means of the credit card informtion submitted as soon as your bid is established as the winning bid. We are not responsible for errors or failure to execute bids.

*I desire to place the following bids for the following lots. These bids are to be executed at prices as low as other competitive bids permit. However, if the item is going to sell on the floor for the same amount of my top bid, you will bid one more increment in my name as an internet bidder. At Llloyd Ralston Gallery we have kept the process of online bidding as simple as possible. The entire catalog is available for viewing through the Auction Schedule page. If you wish, you may download and print the Absentee Bid Form PDF to record the information regarding the items on which you wish to bid as you view the entire catalog. Please be aware it takes a little time for the PDF reader to load in your browser. You can also simply write the information down on a piece of paper. Once you have made all of your selections, click on "Online Bidding" at the top or bottom of any page to call up this page. Next Click on Click to Bid & Enter your information. Please be sure you enter all of the required information, and click on the send button. You will receive a confirmation via email which you should print out for your records. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us to make sure that we have received your bids.
